Most PM resources fall into two categories: generic frameworks anybody can Google, or expensive courses that gate basic knowledge behind paywalls. This manual is neither. This is everything I know about product management, organized for reference, written with opinions, and available for free.
Why this exists
I trained 10,000+ product managers over 8 years. I ran Pragmatic Leaders through YC W21. I have reviewed thousands of PRDs, conducted hundreds of mock interviews, and watched hundreds of career transitions succeed and fail.
The patterns repeat. The mistakes repeat. The questions repeat. And every time, I found myself giving the same advice — specific, opinionated, grounded in what I have seen work across thousands of PMs in India and globally.
This manual is that advice, written down. Not a course. Not a textbook. A field guide for the job as it actually is.
