Product Manager, B2B
Own product development for Gainsight's customer success platform. Work with enterprise customers to understand their workflows and translate needs into product features. 2-5 years B2B PM experience. Comfortable with technical APIs and integrations. Experience with customer success or CRM domain is a strong plus. Must be able to run discovery calls, synthesize feedback from multiple enterprise accounts, and ship iteratively.
